One stay is enough, probably won't come again.

The room is rarely cleaned. There are spider webs on the sink. no hair dryer provided If you want a hair dryer, an additional 100 baht is charged, which, if included with the room rate, Too expensive for the whole picture There is no shampoo and hair towel provided.

Old, shabby bathroom, basin drain blocked and we had to go down to reception to get someone to sort it out. Blood on pillow and sheets, thin bath towels with holes in them, frayed ragged bath mat. Stains on floor and the pouf was dirty. When we put our hats on the top of the wardrobe they got covered in dust. Wifi required logging in each time, with different user name and password required per person. Young staff with no customer service skills at all. No common areas to sit and few surfaces to work on or put stuff.

The place is quiet and can get the sun in the morning.

The place is quiet and can get the sun in the morning. They offer towel, water, sampoo and paper everyday for free. The staff doesn't speak very well but is helpful to sort my problem.

Location is a little far from Saturday market, train station and amenities. Water leaks down from the sink.

Out of the way, Unfortunately no breakfast and room was not as pictured, the pictures are either retouched or when the hotel was new. Smell of damp in room stains on curtains and bad service. :’(

Overall an average hotel with good views.

Staff were friendly. Very low cost. Good lighting and views. Nice balcony.

The beds were uncomfortable. You can feel the springs. The shower was cold, pressure changed and water would soil throughout the entire bathroom

Second stay at this hotel so knew what to expect

This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel so I knew what to expect. The room rate had gone up by THB100 since my last stay and I was advised this was because the hotel is full. Helpful and friendly staff. Both the bus station (15 mins) and train station (25 mins) are also within walking distance.

The fact that the room rate had gone up by THB100 since my last stay a few weeks ago but still good value for money.

the room was huge, there was elevator.

reception stuff didint speak English, the beds were very bumpy and uncomfortable, there was mold in the bathroom- looked like nobody cleans it.

Good clean rooms, good location and excellent value

Good value for money. Good location. About 15 mins walk from the bus station and a similar distance to the train station. 2 shopping centers (Central Plaza and Big C) walking distance in about 15 minutes or so. Good room size with en-suite bathroom, friendly staff who spoke English which was helpful to me to communicate effectively. 24 hours coffee, chocolate & snacks (biscuits) available to make yourself. Laundry service (at reasonable cost) was also a welcome service that I utilized. Daily room cleaning service with toiletries. Lift in building. Will certainly book again if I am in Lampang.

No breakfast, other than the 24 hours coffee/chocolate & biscuits already mentioned above. Wi-fi needed a sign in and password each time you are in range after leaving the hotel so was a bit annoying. Automatic re-connection was not possible even if you had selected and enabled auto reconnect. There is refundable key deposit of THB200 which was not stated in booking conditions at time of booking.

Cheap Price,Close to the airport, Nice Staff :)

the location is good not far from the main road and also not far from the Department store. It takes around 10 minutes from the airport to this property. The staff is very nice and all way keep smiling and asking that they can help any further?

The parking seems a little bit small capacity regarding the number of rooms. the road that takes to the property is really dark and very quiet. The room seems dirty in the curtain but the staff responds very quickly and assistance us move to the new room. So I really appreciate about staff respond.

Not the best value for money but ok

Location and staff

Good location and nice staff. Wi-fi in room was strong but you have to keep logging in. We stayed an extra 2 nights. On our last night a number of students stayed in the hotel. They spent the night banging on doors, playing music and causing a general disturbance. In fact they were so bad the hotel refunded our money. The manager / receptionist were very helpful in addressing our observations and could not have apologised enough. On the whole not a bad place to stay

Great staff and super clean rooms!

Staff was very friendly! From check in to check out, they were very helpful and nice. We forgot an item, and they found it and mailed it to our house. Fantastic service! Beds are comfortable. Lighting in the rooms is great. Property is very clean, which can be hard to find in Thailand.

Clean, vibrant and spacious. Great staff, happy to help and communicate well. Great location to walk to train station, bus station and old town. Awesome neighbourhood with friendly locals and quiet streets.
